Nordweg has been making leather bags in the south of Brazil since 1993. We sell all over the country, we're one of the best-known names in our niche, and many of our customers become real fans.

Now we're bringing Nordweg to the US, from Austin. We're looking for a Creative Strategist & Media Buyer. You'll start with a big library of our photos and videos. Testing enough ads, and the right ones, is your job. You reuse, edit, mix and reformat what we have yourself, and you always know what you're testing, why, and what you expect to learn.

You'll work closely with our founder, and your work will show up in the business every week.

We're looking for a strategic media buyer who owns how well our ads sell: the angles, the campaign structure, the imagery and the message, tested in a structured way until cost per purchase and ROAS are where they need to be.

Where We Come From

Nova Petrópolis, a German-Brazilian town in the green mountains of southern Brazil.

Nova Petrópolis, a German-Brazilian town in the green mountains of southern Brazil.

Nordweg was born in Picada Café, a small town in the green mountains of southern Brazil, settled by German immigrants in the 1800s.

Their traditions are still part of daily life there: order, hospitality, careful work, and generations of families working with leather.

Where We're Going

The US is our next chapter. Here we're still at the start: a small team in Austin, a team in Brazil we talk to every day, a product we've been making since 1993, and a growing group of American customers who love their bags.

There's a lot of room to grow. The US market is about 14 times the size of Brazil's, where we sell around 800 bags a month. That's what excites us about building Nordweg here, and it's growth you can be part of from the start.

You won't join a finished machine. You'll shape how Americans first meet Nordweg: the ads, the angles, the stories, and how we test them.

Why We Need You

We have more content than we can use: years of our own shoots, and a growing library of videos from creators who love our bags. What we don't have yet is someone who turns it into a steady flow of new ads, tests them, and learns fast from what sells.
